DIPOP PROCESSING OF OBSERVATIONS FROM THE SPRING 1985 GPS "BAKE-OFF"

Between 28 March and 4 April 1985, GPS observations were carried out from 10 sites in the contiguous United States using a variety of receivers including the TI 4100, SERIES-X, and the Air Force Geophysics Laboratory dual-frequency receivers. We have processed a subset of the collected data using DIPOP, a flexible, interactive software package for processing GPS differential observations. Point positions and specified nuisance parameters are estimated in a phased adjustment that takes into account a priori weights. We present the preliminary results of our analyses and compare our results with those obtained by others independently processing the same data.
